Guests are users you invite to specific tasks in Pneumatic via email. This feature is free and allows guests to read, post comments, and complete tasks. External users, such as customers or vendors who don’t have a Pneumatic account, can launch workflows via public kick-off forms. You can make any kick-off form public, enabling workflows to be launched by people without Pneumatic accounts.

I'm an MSP, can I manage multiple Pneumatic accounts for my customers?

Absolutely. As a Pneumatic Partner, you can link, access, and manage multiple client accounts with a single login, simplifying the management process.

Can I change the branding?
