Can I use Pneumatic for free?

Absolutely! There will always be a free plan. It includes all the basics you need to start designing your business processes.

How is the Paid plan different from the Free plan?

The most significant difference is how many users you have on your team. The free plan allows you can manage up to 5 users, design 5 workflow templates, and unlimited workflows and tasks. Paid plan also comes with integrations, API Access, and advanced permissions that are handy for larger teams.

What is a user?

A user is anyone who joins your team in Pneumatic. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you upgrade your entire team, including all users.

What are guests and external users?

There are currently two principal ways you can engage with people who don’t have Pneumatic accounts and whose participation in your processes you don’t have to pay for.

You can engage with external users by inviting them as guest performers to your tasks. They will be able to view the task and all the associated comments, fill out the output fields and complete the task.

Another way you can share workflow kickoff forms. When you share a kick-off form, Pneumatic rates an unique link that you can send via email or share on your website to enable people who don’t have accounts in Pneumatic to start new workflows for your team.

How does adding and removing users work?

It only takes a few clicks to upgrade or downgrade. If users are added to your pricing plan, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time each member was added. If your pricing plan count decreased, you’d be credited on the next bill.

What happens when I go over the storage limit in the Free plan?

You won’t be able to add new business process templates, invite new users, or create new tasks. However, you can delete existing templates or users to free up your limit.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

If you aren’t satisfied with your Pneumatic account, just let us know within the first 30 days, and we will be happy to refund your most recent payment.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before the end of the subscription period.

If your renewal payment fails, your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 4 times. If the payment did not succeed, you would be downgraded to the free plan.

Can I cancel my account paid plan at any time?

You are never locked in. Pneumatic is a pay-as-you-go service. Cancel any time with just a few clicks. We do not have any cancellation fees.

If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month or year, but you won’t be billed again. At the end of the paid period, you’ll be downgraded to the Free plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can sign up for Pneumatic using all major credit and debit cards or Paypal. Invoices and purchase orders can be used for transactions over $2,000. Please get in touch at sales@pneumatic.app to request this.

How is the payment being processed?

We use Recurly to process payments. It’s the same industry leading payment provider used in products such as Asana, Pipedrive, and Geckoboard. We do not handle your credit card information directly.

Do you offer special pricing for nonprofit organizations?

We offer a 50% discount to nonprofits, charities, and educational organizations. To request the discount, sign up for a free account, and contact us at sales@pneumatic.app with your username and a link to your organization’s website.

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.

Is the data stored in a secure environment?

All communication to the server is secured by SSL encryption. The files on the server are encrypted to provide an extra level of security for company data. The servers are located in secure enterprise data center facilities with 24/7 monitoring and hosting support.

Do you have a Service-Level Agreements?

We do not offer a standard Service-Level Agreement. For teams with greater than 200 users, we can offer a custom agreement. Please contact us for details.
